Are lintels above doors and windows free of cracks?

Are external corners finished neatly, with no gaps or rough edges?

Are garage walls or external storage areas structurally sound?

Are external steps/ramps level and secure? Are they finished neat and tidy?

Is the cladding (if present) free of damage and properly secured?

Is external insulation (if visible) sealed and undamaged?

Are garden walls or retaining walls structurally stable? There is no sign of cracks or shaking in panels?

Are external balcony railings (if present) secure and safe?

Is the roof guttering correctly aligned for water flow?
